Standing Finger Curl

STANDING FINGER CURL

This is a strengthening exercise for the finger flexors. Start by hold a kettlebell with one arm while standing up. Slowly extend the fingers so that you grip onto the weight with your fingers only and then curl your fingers into a fist to the pull the weight up.

  • Flexor Digitorum Profundus

  • Flexor Digitorum Superficialis
