Supine Straight Arm Pulldown

SUPINE STRAIGHT ARM PULLDOWN

This is a strengthening exercise that uses a pullup assist band for resistance. Start by anchoring one end of a band on a stable surface like a door anchor or squat rack. Hold onto the other end of the band with both hands while you lie down on your back (either on a bench or on the floor). Keep your hands at least shoulder width apart and maintain a soft bend in the elbows. Leading with your upper arm, pull the band downwards towards your hips. Reverse the motion to complete a repetition.
