Wrist Curl

WRIST CURL

This is a strengthening exercise for the wrist flexors. Start by placing the back of your forearm on a stable bench, chair or table with the wrist hanging off of the table. Hold a weight with your hand and curl your wrist by flexing it upwards. Slowly lower the weight down towards the floor by extending the wrist. Repeat as required.
