What To Expect.

During your first visit your athletic therapist will start by understanding your goals and learning about your limitations. By knowing your needs and wants, they work with you to create a program that’ll help you to reach functional health, fitness, or performance goals. The best part is - you can start at any level. Whether you’re a beginner learning to weightlift for the first time or a high level athlete you can benefit from working with our athletic therapists. Your sessions will include step by step exercise progressions aimed pinpointing and improving your limits. Programs can include a combination of mobility exercises, stretches, strength training, bodyweight exercises, calisthenics, plyometrics, or agility training.
