Our Services
Physiotherapy is a exercise therapy for stimulating healing and for injury prevention. Physiotherapy at Rehab Hero also promotes an active lifestyle and supports your overall wellness. Our physical therapists are experts in assessing, diagnosing, and treating pain, muscle tension or imbalances caused by injuries, illness, or disease.
Naturopathy takes a holistic approach to your health conditions and sports injuries. Our naturopathic doctors take a look at your diet, nutrition, bloodwork, and movement quality so that we can find the root cause of your digestive, hormonal, immune system, or musculoskeletal issues.
Massage therapy is a type of manual therapy used to directly treat tight muscles to decrease tension and pain. Registered massage therapists use hands-on approach to reduce muscle fatigue, reduce injury, and improve joint mobility. Massage can proactively prevent injury by addressing muscular issues before they become a problem.
Performance Therapy takes core philosophies of strength and conditioning and combines it with the advanced knowledge of a physiotherapist to help athletes perform at their best. By bridging the gap between injury and performance, we help you to understand how to train with minimal risk and maximal results.
Chiropractic is an evidence-based treatment that aims to improve the function of your joints, muscles and nerves. At Rehab Hero it is more than just ‘cracking backs’. Our chiropractors diagnose injuries related to your arms, back, legs, neck and other musculoskeletal parts of your body and use treatments such as myofascial release and exercise planning to get you to full recovery.
