During your initial assessment, we perform a complete movement screen and will discuss your exercise history and goals. Prior to your first training session, our coaches will provide a comprehensive program tailored to your individual needs. We utilize a combination of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, conditioning drills and plyometrics to augment every aspect of your fitness. A full warm-up and cooldown will also be provided to optimize mobility and recovery.
