Performance Therapy takes elements of Strength & Conditioning and Personal Training and combines it with the advanced knowledge of a Physiotherapist / Chiropractor. What To Expect.

Whether you are looking to improve your functional fitness, enhance athletic performance, or safely learn how to weightlift, our physiotherapists will provide you with the appropriate education and movement coaching to succeed.  During your initial assessment, we perform a complete movement screen and will discuss your exercise history and goals. Prior to your first training session, our coaches will provide a comprehensive program tailored to your individual needs. We utilize a combination of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, conditioning drills and plyometrics to augment every aspect of your fitness. A full warm-up and cooldown will also be provided to optimize mobility and recovery. Your feedback is incorporated every step of the way to ensure you achieve your goals while enjoying the entire process.
