My Roots
My involvement in sport and physical activity began shortly after birth. Always getting into fights with my cousin at a young age, our parents threw us into Karate and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to formally battle. After taking too many spinning back kicks to the face, I decided to explore new challenges and participate in a wide variety of individual and team sports (baseball, basketball, soccer, badminton etc.). Lifting heavy things at the gym and calisthenics became part of my daily routine starting in high school. Through sport and training is where developed a strong interest and appreciation for the complexity of the human body and all the amazing things we are capable of doing with it.

My Reason
After studying Kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University, I took some time to be with my family to care for my dad who is diagnosed with muscular dystrophy and my mom who had suffered a stroke. During this time, I realized that I needed to pursue a career which involved working with people to help regain function and improve their overall quality of life. The Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College gave me the opportunity to do just that.

My Goal
Whether it’s trying to recover from an injury, prevent future injury risk, optimize your overall health and well-being or whatever it may be, MY GOALS ARE YOUR GOALS! There’s nothing more important to me than empowering my patients by helping you understand what is causing your injury/condition and providing you with self-management tools to take control and actively engage in your own recovery beyond the clinic walls. I use a combination of treatment techniques including myofascial release therapy and deep tissue massage, chiropractic adjustments/joint mobilizations, acupuncture and exercise rehabilitation programs tailored to your individual goals to reduce pain, promote recovery and prevent future injury.
If you’re a student, athlete, office worker, working in trades, retired or anything in between, I’m excited to work together and get you back to doing what you love to do, pain-free!
My Fun
I love travelling and I’m always looking to explore new places around the world, try new foods, learn about new cultures, become a better surfer, hike mountains and go off the beaten path! When I’m not travelling, I’m probably at the gym. If I’m not at the gym, I’m likely playing recreational sports. Movement is medicine ;). Also a diehard Toronto sports fan.
