The Spark.

Growing up, I was the child who had more energy than I knew what to do with but eventually found my sanctuary through physical activity. Sports and exercise gave me the opportunity to build relationships, learn new skills, and create my own identity. Before I knew it, movement had become ingrained in almost every aspect of my life. As I entered my final year of middle school and began thinking towards the future, my parents thought it would be a good idea for me to shadow my sister, a physiotherapist. Everything changed that day. 

The Journey.

I saw a beautiful combination of movement analysis, exercise prescription, and performance optimization – things I already loved. I knew from that moment that this would be the career for me, and I dedicated the next 10 years to chase after my dream. I became a personal trainer to help everyday individuals achieve personal fitness goals. I worked with elite athletes as a strength & conditioning coach to develop robust movement and enhance performance. I was extremely lucky to have learned from a variety of industry-leading mentors while I studied Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo and Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto.

The Mission.

I believe that the journey of helping someone achieve the strongest version of themselves both mentally and physically, is the greatest reward a clinician can strive for. With my passion for rehabilitation and movement optimization, I am dedicated to hearing your story and creating the perfect plan to help you achieve your goals. Through a combination of education, manual therapy, and exercise prescription, I will work alongside you every step of the way to achieve the active lifestyle you desire.

Strength & Conditioning.

Recognizing the unique strengths that various fitness disciplines bring, Eldon has trained in bodybuilding, powerlifting, olympic-lifting, crossfit, and calisthenics. Applying elements from each approach, he creates comprehensive programming to help lifters target every aspect of their performance. Whether it is injury prevention, muscle building, or improving athleticism, he helps individuals of all experiences achieve personal goals.

Sports

Eldon is highly interested in developing sport-specific training programs for athletes who wish to develop robust movement patterns, enhance tissue tolerance, and optimize body mechanics. With his background working with elite athletes as a strength coach, he provides a comprehensive assessment and tailored approach to ensure athletes succeed both on and off the court. With his personal experience of competing in dragon boat, volleyball, badminton, and track & field, he is particularly adept at treating pathologies of the shoulder, hip, and knee.
