Banded Gas Pedals

BANDED GAS PEDAL

Take a seat and loop a band around the feet. Extend the knees so that it is straight in front of you. Alternate dorsiflexing and plantarflexing the ankles to engage your calf and shin muscles. You can also do this on the floor with the calf supported by the floor.

    • Gastrocnemius

    • Soleus

  • Shin

    • Tibialis Anterior

    • Extensor Digitorum Longus

    • Extensor Hallucis Longus
