Dowel Shoulder Abduction

DOWEL SHOULDER ABDUCTION
This is a shoulder abduction mobility exercise that utilizes a dowel. Lie down on your back and hold onto a dowel with both hands. Use the healthy arm to push the target hand into tolerable shoulder abduction. Hold the end range for up to 10 seconds and return to starting position.
