Piriformis Stretch

PIRIFORMIS STRETCH

This piriformis stretch is for your glute and piriformis muscles. Lie down on your back and bend one leg so that the ankle rests on your other thigh. Bend your knee and pull it towards your chest with your arms and hold it for 20-30 seconds.
