Staggered Spanish Squat

STAGGERED SPANISH SQUAT

This is a squat variant that increases quadriceps engagement by using a resistance pullup assist band. Start by looping one end of the band around the back of your knee and anchoring the other end to a stable object in front of you. Assume a staggered stance position by keeping the feet hip to shoulder distance apart and by placing one foot in front of the other. Bend both knees to squat down with the banded knee holding most of your body weight.
