Abduction Wall Slide

ABDUCTION WALL SLIDE
This is a resisted range of motion exercise that uses friction as a resistance. Place a towel between your hands and the wall and stand so that you are facing parallel to the wall. Compress the towel and slide your hand up and down within a tolerable range of motion.
