Adductor March

ADDUCTOR MARCH

This exercise will target the muscles of the inner thigh and hip external rotators. Start by looping one end of a pullup assist band around the foot and anchoring the other end to a stable object. While standing, proceed to then raise one leg off of the floor until the knee is at least hip height. Keep the core braced to maintain a neutral alignment.

  • Gluteus Medius

  • Gluteus Maximus
