Isometric Lateral Jaw Glide

ISOMETRIC LATERAL JAW GLIDE
This is a strengthening exercise for the jaw joint. Place a hand against your jaw and push it the opposite side. Resist against your hand’s pressure to maintain a neutral alignment. Hold for up to 10 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Repeat as required.
