KNEE ORBITS

This is a knee, ankle and foot proprioception exercise for stability training. Stand on leg with the knee bent. Hold a kettlebell and circulate it around the knee. Stabilize against the momentum generated by the kettlebell.

  • Knee Meniscus

  • ACL / PCL / MCL / LCL
