MODIFIED REVOLVER POSE

The Modified Revolver Pose is a lumbar spine rotation exercise that uses your leg as leverage to get into a deeper stretch. This exercise is helpful to stretching out the muscles of the low back to give you tension relief. During this exercise keep both shoulders locked down on the floor to maximize how much movement is isolated to the spine. You can extend out one arm as shown in the video to get a deeper stretch.
