Quads Foam Rolling

QUADS FOAM ROLLING/ QUADRICEPS ACTIVE MASSAGE

This exercise is to actively massage out the quadriceps muscle on your own. Place a foam roller on a tender spot on your quadriceps muscle and lay down on it. Use your arms and other leg to monitor the amount of bodyweight you distribute on the foam roller. Slowly flex and extend the knee to get an active massage.

  • Quadriceps (Vastus Medialis, Vastus Lateralis, Vastus Intermedius, Rectus Femoris)
