Modified Pigeon Pose

MODIFIED PIGEON POSE

This is a modified yoga pose that is used to stretch out the posterior hip muscles. From a kneeling position, rotate one thigh externally and hold it just below the abdomen. Bend forwards to deepen the stretch experienced in the buttock and hip.
