HAPPY BABY STRETCH / HAPPY BABY POSE

This is a low back and hip stretch exercise inspired by yoga. Start by lying down on your back and use your hands to grab the forefoot. Keep the low back flat against the floor and keep the shins as vertical to the floor as possible. Hold this position for up to 30 seconds or for 3-5 breaths.
