SQUAT AND ROW
This is a cross kinetic chain exercise that targets the functional back line muscles, namely the gluteus maximus and latissimus dorsi. Start by anchoring a band to a stable object in front of it and grip it with both hands. Pull the band to complete a band while you are standing. Then squat down and extend the arms simultaneously. Once again pull the band as you stand back up.
