Zercher Squat

ZERCHER SQUAT

This is a squat variation that is used to emphasize core stability and quadriceps engagement. Start by placing a barbell along the front of your elbows and keep your folded and tucked in close to the body. Complete a squat while maintaining alignment of your arms.
