1-Inch Heel Raise Walks

1-INCH HEEL RAISE WALKS

This exercise is to strengthen the intrinsic muscles of your foot and medial longitudinal arch. Hold weights in both arms and raise your heels just 1 inch off the ground. Be sure not to raise them too high as the larger calf muscles will then take over the foot and ankle control. Walk forwards a distance of roughly 50-100 meters before resting.
