TOWEL CURL

The towel curl exercise is used to strengthen the intrinsic muscles of the foot. Start by place a towel on the floor. Grab the towel with your toes and flex them to pull the towel towards your heel. Release the towel by extending the toes. Reset and repeat as required.

  • Intrinsic foot muscles

    • flexor digitorum brevis

    • quadratus plantae

    • flexor hallucis brevis

    • flexor digiti minimi brevis
