Active Hamstring Stretch

ACTIVE HAMSTRING STRETCH
This is an active hamstring mobility exercise. Lie down on your back and wrap your hands under your thigh and pull it towards your chest with your knee bent. Slowly extend the knee as far as you can within tolerable limits.
