Doorway Hinge Stretch

DOORWAY HINGE STRETCH
The doorway hinge stretch is used to target muscles of the posterior chain. Hold a doorway or other stable object like a squat rack with both hands crossed over and thumbs pointing downwards. Place both hands above head height. Lean back by hinging at the hips and allowing your pelvis to drop back. Maintain straight arms and legs during this stretch. Hold for up to 30 seconds and then rest for 30 seconds.
