FOAM ROLLER DEADLIFT
The foam roller deadlift exercise uses a foam roller to cue the Latissimus Dorsi Muscle as a low back spinal stabilizer during a hip hinge motion. Place a foam roller horizontally across your thighs and hold it in place with your hands. Squeeze the foam roller between your hands and thighs to engage your back muscles. Maintain the tension as you complete a deadlift motion.
