SEATED THORACIC ROTATION
The seated thoracic rotation is a mobility exercise that can be done at your desk or office. Begin the exercise by first placing one hand behind your head and the other flat on the floor while you are sitting in a stable chair or bench. Reach down while keeping the arm against the inner aspect of your leg. While maintaining a bent over position, rotate through the spine until the elbow points towards the ceiling.
