Banded Terminal Knee Extension Squat

BANDED TKE SQUAT

The banded terminal knee extension squat exercises uses a monster band to increase vastus medialis oblique activation during a conventional squat. Start by anchoring one end to stable surface such as a squat rack in front of you. Anchor so that it is roughly at knee height.

Muscles Involved:

  • Quadriceps

    • Vastus medialis oblique (VMO)

  • Gluteus Maximus
