Bent Knee Calf Stretch

BENT KNEE CALF STRETCH
This exercises uses a kettlebell to prop the forefoot to target the muscles of your calf. A bent knee is utilized to target the soleus over the gastrocnemius. Place your foot in the loop of a kettlebell and keep the heel on the ground. Step forward with your other leg to feel a stretch in the leg looped into the kettlebell.
