Tib Post Heel Raise

TIB POST HEEL RAISE

This is a ankle plantarflexion and inversion strengthening exercise that uses a yoga block. Place the yoga block between both ankles and squeeze it together with your heels. Maintain the squeeze while raising the heels off of the ground. Be sure to maintain even floor contact with the balls of your first to fifth toes. Lift the heels up as high as you can and hold for up to 5 seconds. This can be completed on a stair step or stepper to open up your range of motion.
