FOOT BRIDGE DROPS

This exercise is to strengthen the foot supinators through an eccentric exercise. Raise both the heel and balls of your toes off the floor with a weight plate, yoga block, or folded towels. From here engage in the SHORT FOOT exercise to raise your medial arch. Then slowly allow the foot to flatten out by dropping the arch.
