Forefoot Lift Split Squat

FOREFOOT LIFT SPLIT SQUAT

This exercise aims to strengthen the intrinsic foot muscles of the foot. In this exercise the working leg is the front leg. Maintain your heel at the elevate height as you progressive to move into a split squat position. You should feel the muscles on the bottom of your foot engage to stabilize your medial longitudinal arches while completing this exercise.
