Front Raise Pulse

FRONT RAISE PULSE

The front raise pulse is a rotator cuff strengthening exercise that will also challenge the glenohumeral joint in dynamic stabilization. Wrap a mini band around your hands or wrists and pull it apart in small bursts as you raise your hands forwards until they are over your head. Continue to pulse the band as you lower your arms down to a rested position to complete a repetition.
