Front Raise Pulse
FRONT RAISE PULSE
The front raise pulse is a rotator cuff strengthening exercise that will also challenge the glenohumeral joint in dynamic stabilization. Wrap a mini band around your hands or wrists and pull it apart in small bursts as you raise your hands forwards until they are over your head.
