Kettlebell Reverse Pendulum

KETTLEBELL REVERSE PENDULUM

This is a progressed version of the REVERSE PENDULUM exercise which is used for developing shoulder stability. Lie down flat on your back and extend your arm directly above your shoulders while holding onto a kettlebell flipped upside-down. Slowly create small circles using your hand. You may go clockwise and counter clockwise.
