LEG RAISES
The leg raise exercise is used to strengthen the core and hip flexor muscles. Start by lying down face-up on a padded surface. You may place your hands palm down beside you as you complete this exercise. Raise the legs up with or without a slight bend in the knees. Raise them until you reach approximately 90 degrees of hip flexion. Slowly lower the legs until they hover just above the floor and repeat another repetition as required.
