MULTIFIDUS TWIST
This is a low back end range control and proprioception exercise. Start by going into a quadruped position and elevate one knee off of the floor using a yoga block. Begin with your pelvis level by hovering the non-planted knee off of the ground. Gently tap the padded floor with your floating knee and return back to a neutral pelvis rotation.
