QUAD SMASH
This is a self massage technique that uses a barbell to target the quadriceps muscle. Alternatively you can lean forward with your elbow, or use any other weight like a kettlebell or dumbbell. Remember that the goal is to relieve tension not to beat up the muscle - moderation is key.
