KETTLEBELL SIDE PRESS
This exercise is a full body movement that will simultaneously challenge the core and shoulder muscles using a kettlebell. This is for intermediate to advanced exercisers. The kettlebell is used to strengthen your shoulder stabilizers in this complex motion, it can be used as a warm up or be part of your regular routine if done in multiple progressive sets.
