CRAB WALKS

This is a banded exercise that is used to strengthen the hip abductors. Wrap a mini band around the knees and around the feet and simultaneously step to the side as you squat down. Continue in each direction for 4-5 steps before walking back to the other direction.

Muscles Involved:

  • Gluteus Minimus, Gluteus Medius, Gluteus Maximus

  • Tensor Fascia Latae

  • Quadriceps
