Seated Banded Hip March

SEATED BANDED HIP MARCH

This is a hip flexor activation exercise. Start by sitting down on any comfortable surface and maintain a neutral spine. Loop a band around both feet or above both knees. Raise one knee up as high as possible without breaking neutral spine position and lower it back down. Repeat for the opposite hip.

  • Iliacus

  • Psoas Major
