INCLINE BANDED MOUNTAIN CLIMBER
The incline banded mountain climber is a strengthening exercise for the hip flexors and core muscles. Start in a high plank position using a bench or stable couch to elevate your arms. Loop a mini band around both feet and maintain a neutral spine. Raise one knee towards the chest and hold for 2 seconds. Alternate sides and repeat as necessary.
