Side Plank Crunch

SIDE PLANK CRUNCH

This is a spinal lateral flexor strengthening exercise and exercise progression of the SIDE PLANK exercise. Start in a side plank position by supporting the body with one elbow and leg. Raise the top leg by bending the knee and pulling it towards your top arm’s elbow. Return to starting position to complete a repetition.
