SUPINE CLAMSHELL

This is a hip abductor and external rotation strengthening exercise. Wrap a band around your knees (either just below or above the joint line) and lie down on your back. Bench your knees to 90 degrees and keep your feet and knees together. Proceed to resisted against the band’s pull by spreading the knees as far as possible while keeping the heels planted.
