THORACIC ERECTOR MASSAGE

This is a self massage technique for your mid and upper back. Lean against a foam roller with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Hug your chest tightly and roll on the foam roller until you find a tender spot and hold. Maintain flexion in your spine while keeping your neck neutral. Hold for up to 30 seconds per tender spot. You may then find another tender spot, but do no repeat on the same tender spot.
