Thoracic Openers
THORACIC OPENER (HANDS ON CHEST)
This is a thoracic spine mobility exercise that can be done at your desk or office. Place your hands on your chest and simultaneously drive your elbows forward as you slouch your upper back. Do this to pull your shoulder blades forward. Go as far as you can and hold for 2 seconds. Then squeeze the shoulder blades while pulling the elbows back while extending the upper back.
