Thoracic Rotations

THORACIC ROTATION
This is an upper back mobility exercise. Start by going on your knees and sitting back onto your heels. Place your elbows on the ground and then raise one arm up to place the hand behind your head. Rotate upwards in the direction of the raised hand and hold for 5 seconds before slowly returning to start position.
