WEIGHTED GLUTE BRIDGE

This is a hip extension strengthening exercise that utilizes a weight. Lie down face up and place a dumbbell on your hip. Complete a GLUTE BRIDGE.

  • Hamstrings

  • Erector Spinae

  • Core Muscles (Transverse Abdominus)
