Ankle Eversion with Band

ANKLE EVERSION WITH BAND

The ankle eversion with band exercise is for strengthening the everters of the ankle. Start by looping a band around the outside of your foot and anchor it to a solid object medial to it. Keep your leg straight while sitting on a comfortable surface. Evert the ankle by getting the bottom of your foot to move away from your body’s mid line.

  • Fibularis Longus / Peroneus Longus

  • Fibularis Brevis / Peroneus Brevis

  • Extensor Digitorum Longus
