Calf Massage

CALF MASSAGE

This is a self massage technique for your calves muscles to decrease tension in the muscle or on the Achilles Tendon. Grab a massage ball, place it under your calf to add tension to the muscle. Slowly dorsiflex and plantarflex your foot to actively massage your calf.

  • Calves (Gastrocnemius, Soleus)

  • Achilles Tendon
